How long will my order take to ship?
All products are made to order. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to the production schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It can take up to 10 business days to receive your order. Shipping times will vary.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Do you offer expedited processing or shipping?
We offer expedited processing and shipping at an additional cost. Please email me at jill@jillweikart.com if you need your order to be rushed.
I received my order and it is damaged. What do I do?
If you receive an item that is damaged, please email me with your order details and photos of the damage so I can work with you to replace it.
I accidentally ordered the wrong thing / put in the wrong address, what do I do?
If you purchase the wrong item or incorrectly enter your address, email me at jill@jillweikart.com immediately. Once an order has moved on to production, I am unable to make changes. Please make sure your order is correct before placing!
How do I care for my print?
Dust your canvas print with a soft cloth or feather duster. You can even use a soft bristle brush. Alternatively, use a soft damp cloth to run over your canvas print. Avoid using harsh chemicals and household cleaners as they may damage your print.
Humidity and direct sunlight can have adverse effects on your canvas print. Be sure to display your print under soft light and away from humid places.
I’m interested in an original piece. Where can I find an original artwork?
